issue two : from the water’s depth
Throughout this second issue, we explore the concept of water, and it’s depth. Both literally and figuratively. We love Anna Menshenina’s photographic project because she allows a space for us in which to look at water differently. Allowing for differential possibilities of our expectations.

“This project is about the life within water – life within the element itself.
I wanted to capture the beauty which water creates through interacting with the world: wind, light. This is represented through the patterns water forms. These patterns are a reflection of the world and can be so much more than ripples on the surface.
Perhaps, they are trees or mountain ridges from an aerial view, or on the contrary macro structures of plants or rock formations.”
