Competition T&C’s

  1. The Promoter: www.untaintedmag.com is a site operated by Khandiz Joni Towill t/a Vuja De Creative.
  2. The Supplier: Please see each individual promotion for details of the prize supplier.
  3. Eligibility: Competitions are open to UK residents (England, Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland) aged 18 years or over, excluding employees and their immediate families (spouse, parent, child, sibling, grandparent and/or “step” family), of The Promoter, associated agents or anyone professionally connected with the prize promotion.
  4. There is no entry fee and no purchase necessary to enter this competition.
  5. By entering this competition, an entrant is indicating his/her agreement to be bound by these terms and conditions.
  6. Route to entry for the competition and details of how to enter are via our website [http://www.untaintedmag.com], and social media channels.
  7. Only one entry will be accepted per person. Multiple entries from the same person will be disqualified.
  8. Closing date for entry will be specified on each competition post. After this date the no further entries to the competition will be permitted.
    1. No responsibility can be accepted for entries not received for whatever reason, while incomplete entries will not qualify for the competition.
  9. The rules of the competition and how to enter will be specified on the competition post. They are including, but not limited to: subscribing to our online newsletter, following our social media platforms, commenting on the competition post.
  10. The Promoter and its agents reserve the right at its sole discretion not to consider, and to exclude or disqualify any entry that they deem to be abusing or tampering with the operation of the competition, or to be acting in any manner deemed by the Promoter to be in violation of or inappropriate with these terms and conditions.
  11. The Promoter reserves the right to cancel or amend the competition and these terms and conditions without notice in the event of a catastrophe, war, civil or military disturbance, act of God or any actual or anticipated breach of any applicable law or regulation or any other event outside of the Promoter’s control. Any changes to the competition will be notified to entrants as soon as possible by the Promoter.
  12. Trademarks, logos and names of the products and retailers are the property of their respective owner.
  13. The prize is as stated in the relevant call to entry/competition post, and no cash or other alternatives will be offered. The prize/s are not transferable and cannot be exchanged. Prizes are subject to availability and we reserve the right to substitute any prize with another of equivalent value without giving notice.
  14. Winner Selection: Competition winner(s) will be randomly selected by a computerised random generator from all valid entries received during the competition period. Skills-based entries shall be judged based on the judging criteria, set out in the promotion, by a panel which shall include one judge independent to the Promoter.
  15. It is the responsibility of the entrant to provide correct, up-to-date details when entering any competition/giveaway and acceptance of the prize. The Promoter cannot be held responsible for winners failing to supply accurate information which affects prize acceptance or delivery of their prize.
  16. The winner will be notified by email and/or DM on social media and/or letter within 14 days of the closing date. If the winner cannot be contacted or do not claim the prize within 14 days of notification, we reserve the right to withdraw the prize from the winner and pick a replacement winner.
  17. The Promoter will notify the winner when and where the prize can be collected / is delivered.
  18. The Promoter’s decision in respect of all matters to do with the competition will be final and no correspondence will be entered into.
  19. The winner agrees to the use of his/her name and image in any publicity material, as well as their entry, without any fee being payable. Any personal data relating to the winner or any other entrants will be used solely in accordance with current UK data protection legislation. Other than its agencies and third party suppliers who are contracted to administer the competition, the Promoter will not pass entrant’s details on to any third party unless otherwise required to do so by law, and with the entrant’s prior consent.
  20. An entrant’s personal details may be used for the marketing purposes of the Promoter only if an entrant has opted in to receiving future marketing mailings from the Promoter or for any other purpose agreed by an entrant. If an entrant would like to stop receiving messages from the Promoter, he/she can use the unsubscribe button provided in an email from the Promoter.
  21. The competition and these terms and conditions will be governed by English law and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
