issue five : a feast for gluttony
This issue we have been championing products that have a short ingredient list. None come shorter than RosehipPLUS Australian Certified Organic Cold Pressed Rosehip Oil (I can't say the same about the product name though... that was a mouthful!). This is only one of two brands on the market that offer the pure oil.
It is safe to assume that you are all too well aware of the seemingly endless benefits of rosehip oil. A key ingredient in nearly every beauty product on the market these days... untainted or otherwise. In the event that you haven't heard about the benefits, here's the jist:
- Reduce the appearance of stretchmarks
- Reduce the appearance of scars
- Maintain skin hydration
- Improve the appearance of dry skin
- Diminish the appearance of fine lines and wrinkles
- Promote skin elasticity and texture
- Repair sun damaged skin
- Reduce the appearance of skin pigmentation
- Repair skin tissue as a result of burns
I love the naturally nutty smell of the rosehip oil and it sinks into the skin quickly, leaving my skin feeling nourished, plumper and more radiant than before application. Isn't that the point of applying all these (plant) fats and butters to our faces and bodies?
It's a great hair serum too. Warm a few drops between your palms and apply to your ends.
100% Certified Pure Organic Rosa Canina (Rosehip) Oil
So if you're after a multitasking product that won't break the bank and will leave you with more time for you to enjoy the things you don't get round to doing enough, this one comes highly recommended. Even the Duchess of Cambridge agrees.
