KOSÅS BLUSH IN PAPAYA 1972
Naturally, we cannot have a Blushing Beauties editorial without blush! This pressed powder blush duo by Kosås was what inspired the idea for this editorial in the first place. I stumbled upon it on a recent trip to that far-off wonderland, that is New York - in a magical store named Credo. A store imagined from my dreams, I am certain.
This delightful blush and highligher duo is essential for any fairytale lover. Finely milled pigments that payoff like warm sunsets on distant lakes, and the highlighting counter-part, settles beautifully...just like the moonlight after nightfall.
While I still have a big place in my heart for creme blushers, this pressed powder blush by Kosås has now become a kit staple. It really is as multiply-dimensional as its description - "The Afterglow". The warm, peachy hue works wonderfully across a wide range of skin tones so any strong, defiant fairytale princesses (and fairies - as seen on this Tinkerbell below) can partake in the magic.
A little goes a long way with this powerful pigment, so start with a light dusting and build up!
Please remember that everything we ever buy has the potential to go to landfill, wether is recyclable or not. Only buy new products when you have run out of your current products or if it is absolutely essential. Your wallet and your the planet with thank you.
To achieve this Tinkerbell look, apply to the apple of your cheeks, but if you're after a more dramatic look, sweep the blush up, just below your cheekbones and apply the highlighter across all the high-points of your beautiful face.
